  • All I can say is the service shop goes through advisors like I go through bottles of water in the summer. I bought my Nissan Altima at this dealership Feb 2015 and brought my car in for a GPS and Stereo issue. I left the vehicle Thursday evening and called many times to service without success in reaching anyone. After almost a week, I go in for my vehicle and nothing was done with the GPS and several excuses on why the work order was not complete. It is apparent that the answer to any mechanical issues will be "unfortunately our technicians could not replicate any issues with your vehicle ", so don't bother wasting time coming here. The only thing I can say is the shuttle drivers are excellent. I believe both drivers should be given a promotion. Hopefully with a new service manager, the place will see improvements. In the meantime, I won't hold my breath.
