  • Very prompt and professional! I recently bought my home and one day after taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom I went into my downstair bedroom and noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. I called my home warranty company and they sent out two really shady guys. The warranty guys were clueless and really not helpful at all - basically they told me that it's probably not the drain and that is all they would cover. I was about to throw them out when they recommended Adams D&R. Two guys from Adams showed up like 20 minutes later and compared to the home warranty guys they were a breath of fresh air. The Adams guys were well-dressed and professional, they used some high-tech gear to look through the walls and see where the water was leaking. They wrote up a professional quote and laid out everything for me and they even contacted my insurance company to help me submit a claim. In the end, my insurance company denied my claim so I didn't have any work done, but my shower is still broken - fortunately, I have two other bathrooms! ;) I'm low on funds because of a recent home purchase, but when I have the funds...I'll call Adams to get the work done because I feel confident that they would get the job done *right* and *fast* and when you have water damage you want the repairs done correctly or you'll just end up in the same situation again.
