  • I badly needed winter tires last month. I stopped by 3 different places in Strongsville looking for quotes. Two of them kind of gave me the run-around and said they'd call me back the next day because they weren't sure if they had my tire size in stock. Firestone on the spot printed out quotes for two different options. They were a little more expensive, but they said they would do price matching. The next day, neither of the other two places called me back so I went to Firestone. I told them I found the same tires online at a specific price... they said sure we can do that... printed out a new quote... and then I made an appointment. Appointment was painless. I just went across the street for a burger and came back about an hour later. New tires on my car. Summer tires were nicely wrapped in plastic and put in my back seat. Painless experience overall... which is better than I can say for other automotive places
