  • Went in the other evening needing some cake to comfort my soul. ShowBoy was my first stop but they were closed :( I've heard good things about Rolling in the dough so I went in bought two huge yummy looking slices of cake. One white with pink frosting and a chocolate slice. Get home and get cozy, make a fresh pot of coffee and dig in. Oh then disappointment... The cake was hard. Like stale from days before and sold hard. The frosting too was hard. I'm just heartbroken. So I ditch the pink slice and go for the chocolate slice. Same. Fricken. Thing. Hard, stale cake. Now I was so incredibly disappointed, both cakes were trash. It was so terrible i almost called in but since I was so disappointed I didn't bc I didn't trust myself to not freak out. Like, HOW DARE YOU SELL me OLD CAKE?!? Don't go here, idc if everywhere else is closed. Go to Albertsons, even they have some standards that this place clearly lacks.
