  • This company does not stand behind their workmanship and are a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They stopped returning calls and emails. Burns and Scalo replaced our roof and neglected to put flashing on any of our skylights, the same night we had a torrential downpour, massive amounts of water came in. We have been dealing with the issue for over a year and a half and they don't care. I had to get a second roof company to come fix their mistakes. Burns and Scalo will not take care of the interior damage that they caused and flat out decline our claims. They claim that they are self insured and don't need to take care of it. Their are far superior roofing companies in Pittsburgh. What ever you do, DON'T USE THEM.
