  • I paid this company to install a hot water heater in 10/2009 called them & they said only way they could pull up my invoice was if I had copy of receipt unbelievable they can't search by customer or property address, their sticker is on unit. They denied repair and I had to pay another plumber, luckily unit was under warranty with manufacture
