  • Like most car dealerships, everyone is very friendly and helpful during the sales process. My car was totaled and the GAP claim process has been a giant PITA. The guys @ 1648 E Main St made me drive there twice (the first time I had to wait 30 minutes for the "finance" guy who had not yet arrived), all for a blank warranty cancellation form they could have emailed. At AZ car sales, once the sale is final, your time = their butt wipe.
