Won't be going back!
Kaitlin did a piece on my arm but forgot a spot so we agreed on trying to get it done within the next 2-3 weeks seance it's payed for and it was her mistake.
Got no responses to my latest messages and neither did Jake until Tuesday when he tried calling she blew up in a big text message and acted very disrespectfully and unprofessional.
A simple "I'm sorry, I don't have time right now. I'll get back to you tomorrow." would have been better.
She then posted a very disrespectful post about a previous review on her Facebook page and then blocked both me and Jake from it and also had people write "compliments" to me about it here on yelp and new 5 star reviews to even it out.
Is a costumer supposed to feel attacked for just saying their opinion?
Also got the first allergic reaction of my life from this tattoo, and I am not satisfied with this rushed unfinished tattoo... Non proportional flag corner as well.
