rev:text	I came in for acrylic nail removal. The lady at the door said it would be $5 for the removal and told me the manicure was $12 so I agreed. Another lady was removing my nails with an electric file while whiching my hands in and out the acidtone. While she was doing so, I was really noticing how UNCLEAN the business is. The tools she was using on my hands had waterstains on them. There was a fly that kept flying around my head. The blue Sanitizer for the tools was diluted with water, it was almost clear with a hint of baby blue, and was empty. I counted help but have a scrunched up face, I was getting disgusted the longer I sat. When she was trimming my nails she did them very wide and square. I also needed them cut all the way down because of how thin my nails were from having the acrylic removed. She said "No, this already short, I cut shorter I cut skin" which was not true at all. My tips were bending and if they get cut down there will be no nail pass the tip of my finger to bend. So I told her I didn't need her to finish and asked for the total. She said $20 ,,, Wait, What? Excuse Me? What happened to the $12manicure & $5removal, And my service wasn't finished!! Lol, I was in disbelief, like is this a Real business. I threw them a $10, because I didn't have a $5, And left. When I got home, I got my file and clipper and began shortening them myself. As I was doing so I noticed I had all this stuff caked under my nails, Probly from all the fileing she was doing but She forgot to clean under my nails. What a manicure huh? after i seen She was really going to put Polish on my nails in the Condition in which they looked, I just couldn't stay for the Complete finish.
