It confuses me why I tend to have crappier customer service more often at ulta than sephora. I came in wanting to be shade matched for a tarte foundation and I barely saw any employee in sight and I confused someone else who worked at best buy who was there on her break with an employee cause of her mic. There was only one employee helping out multiple women in the prestige cosmetics section and I had to go up and ASK HER if she can help me with shade matching for the tarte foundation. She didn't seem too interested in helping me and she just stood there testing shades on my neck rather than at sephora they'd sit me down on a chair and happily test several shades on me with enthusiasm. She looked like she wanted to get it over with as fast as she could and be done with her day. Turned me off.. idk if I'd like to come back here again..would rather make the extra Walmart stop after sephora than deal with employees who ignore their customers coming in who need help and are unenthusiastic about their job.
