  • Remarkably bad contractor services at this store, folks after two failed attempts to replace two patio sets of doors, I am warning this store stinks! Long story short I had to replace one set of patio doors upstairs one set downstairs, I had to pay upfront for both sets besides paying the required cost for a "professional" to measure them, great, then I waited several weeks, they never showed up I called the mill number at the store and the lady working on my order (for the second time) set up an install date, that install date came and went without even a curtesy call, nothing! I called back the next day to find out what was going on I was informed the gal working on my order transferred to another store the very day I called in last....duh! So I went back to the store searching for help, finally someone told me the doors did come in but were the wrong doors, he asked did I still want to reorder them.......hell no! Why would I torture me and my family again with these crappy contractors! Got my refund and ran out that store forever, enough is enough!
