  • Took my elderly father in laws newer vehicle with 4000 miles on the odometer to this shop for an oil change. This was my first visit to this shop. I did not have an appointment and they got me in and out in a little less than an hour. That's the good news. About a week and 50 miles later I went to check the oil (trust but verify) and found the mechanic spilled oil all over the front of the motor. On top of that the engine oil was a quart low. Nothing gets me more irritated than when a shop can't perform a simple oil change properly. I cleaned up the oil best I could and will just go buy another quart of oil. It is not worth my time to go back. Suggestion to shop. Have your service writers inspect all work done by your techs so this type of situation can be avoided.
