  • If you like being treated poorly, having attitude from management, using a dirty washroom, and not having transparency with management, then this is the venue for you. You get what you pay for. I attended an event there recently, and the manager was so poor at customer service. He was very defensive when issues were brought to his attention. And when I mentioned that the washrooms were disgusting because about 500 people were using the one washroom with stalls in the place, he brushed it off. He also didn't let us know that other people were going to be in the space playing very loud music. It was not a good experience. The plus was that the servers were nice. The food was adequate although our dessert was a freezer burned. The free parking was probably the best thing about this venue. The photos they have on the website are very outdated so please don't think these are accurate. As an event planner, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was absolutely appalled that management for a venue can treat clients in the manner he did. There was a serious lack of professionalism.
