I only was here to visit a friend from out of town, but the room was nice. It was very clean and cozy. Had a great experience with the lobby staff. I saw they only had breakfast and it was not complimentary as well. It was close to central ave/light rail, so ideal for visiting people. It isn't far from the exciting night life of downtown phx or from uptown food spots.
I found it very interesting that after a certain hour the door is locked and the bell boy had to unlock it to "keep out" people who shouldn't be there. I appreciate the extra safety caution, but what type of area are we in to have people that need "keeping out??"
The bath tubs need to be redone, the paint was pealing and it was aesthetically displeasing to see as well. Overall 3 stars not bad for a Ramada.
