Tried it for the first time when in Vegas. It was a bit far from the strip but it was in a large lot with plenty of parking. The staff is nice and attentive. Their quality of ingredients was better than others places and the serving size was pretty big. It was around $9 for pho and vermicelli, which was a bit more than I expected for far off the strip pho place. However, I felt the price was justified, as I got more brisket and meatballs in my pho than many other places I've been to. There were some egg rolls with pork vermicelli and those were wrapped in rice paper. I personally like the thinner wrappers myself but that's just a personal preference. Pho broth was flavorful. If the was closer to the strip, I'd probably go back but otherwise, didn't think it was worth the longer drive out there.
