I am not surprise with all these BAD REVIEWS!
Because I, Myself, experienced a very humiliating service Yesterday 3/1/2018 at 5:09 pm (BAD EXPERIENCE TO START MY MONTH & TO END MY DAY).
I came to the USPS in this location to send some letter & this Filipino (Around 40 - 50 years old in appearance, skinny black and gray hair) The only Filipino guy who work that time, gave me an ATTITUDE! "WE ARE CLOSE!"
Me: I am sorry what time you guys close?
Him: 9 to 5!
Me: I'm sorry I thought you guys open 5:30
Him: 9 to 5!
Me: Ok tomorrow what ti.... (he then again said with attitude)
Him: 9 to 5!
Me: are you mad?
Him: no, 9 to 5!
Me: I am asking you nicely you are giving me that tone.
Him: Oh ok, let me sing it for you... 99999999 tooooooo 555555! (he literally sang the word 9 to 5!!)
Me: you are not funny! ( gave him the serious face and walked out)
Bottom-line, WHAT THE HECK?! really USPS? this is how you TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES?! Is this your Vision and Mission? This is Humiliating, Embarrassing & TOTAL DISSATISFACTION!
this is a Big issue you guys need to fix!
Oh good thing I have my MANNERS! because my EMPLOYER taught us that! or else I would have cause some serious retaliation there. I am a known blogger and I can share my SERIOUS SENTIMENTS towards this location and let the whole U.S.A what is the service like in this LOCATION in LAS VEGAS NV.
I am only referring to this FILIPINO GUY!
non of the worker seems impolite! the other person was shock and surprised because of how this USPS GUY ACTED TOWARDS ME!
This is a very BIG DEAL in regards of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I know as a whole (USPS) you will not tolerate this issue and will protect the name you guys kept for many generation!
I will still come stop by here to see how and what has been improve if everything was addressed!
because next time there will be no more REVIEWS! but a FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM & TWITTER Headline.
We can't have those people acting like a 12 year old!
