| - I hardly ever write reviews, but I am so irritated about this experience that I felt I needed to share.
Literally the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. Walked in, picked a nail polish color (for my toes), and sat down while Eva started on my manicure. At the same time I started fumbling through the gel colors. I kid you not, I was not in the salon a total of 10 MINUTES before she was completely finished with my GEL MANICURE and walking me over to the chair for my pedicure.
My cuticles were hardly pushed back or trimmed. My nails, granted they are all short, were not filed to the same shape. There was no hand massage at the end, she just slapped some lotion on my hands and called it a day. My gel polish doesn't even cover my entire nail surface and was already starting to lift just while I was sitting there getting a pedicure.
When I questioned her about the length of the service, I was asked if I was a local (as if that should change the answer, which btw yes I am) and when I said yes they asked why I don't go to a luxury salon... because all locals go to the salons on the strip for a quick mani/pedi?? Give me a break. (You know damn well locals are the reason you are in business, Eva.)
On a positive note, my pedicure was lovely. A girl named Lee (I think she said) did it and was very meticulous which I appreciated.
As great as my pedicure was, I will not be back. The $90 I spent on two gel manicures and two pedicures was a waste because I am on my way home to rip off these horrid gels.
