  • If you have four hours for an eye exam this is the place to go. Excessively long wait times. And I do mean EXCESSIVE. The joke is on me as I've been a patient for years. But it's getting to the point where I'd rather pay twice the amount somewhere else to get out of this place in a timely matter. No one on same page. Just left receiving four different explanations as to what they were doing with my sons prescription and charged more than the guy told me it was originally going to be. Don't answer questions you don't have correct answers to, puts the girls who have to deal with the customers afterwards in a crappy spot to be yelled out. Someone please fix this store and lack of time management skills they have. It's been going on for far too long now. What does it take for the owner/office manager to take action and recognize this place is in dire need of help
