  • There's an employee at this location by the same of Seth, skinny whit guy. He is extremely rude and does not have patience for customers. My wife and I went there to buy Boyz II Men tickets. We asked him if they had a map for the Terry Fator theater, where Boyz II Men is performing, and he rudely answered that they don't have maps/layouts of any theaters. We let that one alone. Then my wife asked if there was a difference with Section A & Section B. He rudely responded to 'read it.' That's when we decided to leave. He was shocked why we were upset and said, 'I've never seen that web site in my life,' to his defense. It was clearly his tone that upset us. I went back in there to get his name and overheard him telling another employee, 'I hate this fucking job!' This probably explains why he's rude to customers. Long story short, we complained to Carla at their main office and she was able to help us in getting the tickets with a discount. In conclusion, we highly recommend using Tix4Tonight as they have great deals on tickets. We just won't go back to this location. One bad employee will not deter us from working with the business. We decided to give them 1 star for the location, not the business.
