  • Came to Big O Tires after learning my Tire Stud was broken by the previous mechanic shop. Mark and Jay serviced my car and explain the situation clearly explain and demonstrated that the last place did a horrible job. All of my five studs were broken and brake wasn't installed correctly. I appreciate Mark and Jay honesty and hard work to resolve my car situation! They went above and beyond helping me. I am truly grateful. I'll be recommending them to my friends.
