| - Absolutely regret buying a car from this place.
My first visit to this dealership resulted in the salesman chasing me out the door, calling me a liar because after receiving pricing I told him I wanted to go get some lunch and think about making the purchase or not. When I returned a few days later to speak to the manager about it, he told me that salesman was no longer with the dealership. How surprising.
Then I get sent to salesman number two, who tries to forcefully sell me a car that I have no interest in. I told him I want a 0% interest term and a guarantee that my car can be in my possession within 2 weeks. He continues to try and sell me a Dodge Journey because "it is cheaper."
Again, I had to go to the manager (who claims he is the owner of the dealership) who proceeds to bring me back to the salesman and tell him to "give this gentleman whatever car he wants." I finally got my price, but then was told that the car is nowhere in Ontario. I logged onto the manufacturer website and found 3 exact matches for the car I wanted... one in Brampton, one in Milton, and one in Burlington. I told him I would just go there instead as I'm done with his lies. The manager saw me walking out and asked me if I got what I wanted. I explained to him the situation, and he said he would take a look and let me know personally.
I got a call back 2 days later saying the car could be at the dealership within 2 business days if I wanted it, and to come in and sign the deal. So I signed the deal despite the disastrous salesmen, thinking that I would never have to deal with them again anyways.
Once we got into the financial services office to work out the payments, the two business managers proceeded to get into a fight in front of me about who's job it was to process my order, with one of them crying that he was there past his shift time and the other saying he only deals with Dodge cars. Such an amazing environment for a customer to be in.
While we waited, my 4 year old son who was with me saw a toy car in the merchandise counter. He wanted the car, which was only $8. I told both the salesman, owner and business manager that my son wanted the car, and considering I just bought a $30,000+ car with a deposit, I expected it as a minuscule gift for a child. They refused. They told me I had to pay for it if I wanted it.
They told me to come pick up the car on Thursday. On Thursday I showed up, and they told me the car wouldn't be ready until Friday. Thanks for the heads up!
Friday I got a call saying to come in on Monday instead. And on Monday, I called in advance to MAKAE SURE the car was ready as they had done nothing but waste my time thus far. They told me to come Tuesday instead and I lost my cool with the guy, telling him my car better be ready by closing hours that night otherwise I wanted to cancel the deal. I went in to pick up the car Monday night, and went home to read the manual.
Upon reading information about the tires and wheel locks, I went to locate them in the car. They were nowhere to be found. I was charged $139.99 for the wheel locks. I called back in the morning and said the wheel locks were missing. The manager told me to come in and pick them up. Once I arrived, he gave me the wheel locks and asked me, "did you like your gift?" I had no idea what he was talking about. He called the salesman, who proceeded to go to his car and take MY GIFT out of his trunk. He played stupid, of course.
After 6 weeks, my horn stopped working entirely. I made an appointment for 8:30AM. Once I arrived, they told me only 1 service rep could help me with my car as he was the "specialist." I had to wait for him to arrive at 9am. He took my keys, and I asked for a shuttle home. I had to wait 1 hour for a 6 minute shuttle home. 5 hours later, I received a call saying "Yup, your horn is broken. The part will take 1 week to arrive." After 10 days, I hadn't heard back. So I called to ask for an update. He said "Oh yeah, the part has been here for almost a week." THANKS FOR THE CALL!!!
