  • One spring broke on my 10+ year old garage door. The repair appointment was made. Jason called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He advised me to replace both springs and I took his advice. He didn't waste any time, did a little extra selling for the company (I also had him lube the door) replaced the springs, explained a few things to me and was out of here. He told me to wait a few days to allow everything to settle in. I did that. Well, I have opened and closed that door thousands of times and I could recognize the sound that it made anywhere. Now, however, it made a slightly different sound when opening and closing. Sounded to me like the motor was straining. I thought that maybe there was too much tension on the motor. So I called the company and they sent John out. He inspected everything, did another lube job and convinced me that all was good. Now, these springs weren't cheap, but I suspect are in line with the market. What I really appreciate about this company is that they called ahead, were on time and then called after the repair was done to make sure I was satisfied. Nice guys too. Five Stars!
