  • My 6mo Experience as a Client. Chad the owner came to my winter home in N Scottsdale. Assured me that hiring AQUAMAN POOLS to maintain my pool with a visit every 2 weeks. To expect a clean, swim-able pool whenever we arrived... Things seemed fine for a few months although the "Up Charges" for Chemicals EACH VISIT seemed unusually excessive? Then my Landscaper started calling me saying the Pool looked terrible. Dirt on the bottom, Alge on the edges?? Seemed strange since AUQAMAN POOLS just hammered my AMEX $179.00 two days prior? Had my next door neighbor check on the Pool and he confirmed it was unusable and hadn't looked like my Pool had been maintained in many weeks? I immediately called Chad the owner of AUQAMAN POOLS this Saturday morning. All I received (Twice) was his company's offsite answering service. No-one from AUQAMAN POOLS ever returned my phone calls this day? Sent an email to Chad Firing him and his Company. Still no reply... In my experience with 13ys home ownership in Scottsdale AZ and Pool Companies for part time residence or seasonal visitors. It's a constant SCAM where they continue to ask for your trust, bill your Credit Card every 2 weeks and NEVER live up to what is promised knowing that your not on site to make sure the work was done as invoiced. AQUAMAN POOLS and Chad the owner... Just another company with a nice Brochure. Over commit and under deliver. A Pool Company to AVOID!!!
