Came here for the first time and my daughter wanted to play the game in the front of the restaurant where you try to grab stuffed animals. She dropped 4 quarters in the machine, which asked for $1.00 per play. After putting in 4 quarters the game didn't register. When she told the cashier about it she replied that they don't have anything to do with the games. That's it. No recommendation or suggested course of action.
My point of this review is if an establishment is going to sponsor a game inside of their place of business then their staff should be trained on how to take care of customer concerns. At least let the customer know what they can do about it instead of saying, "We don't have anything to do with the games."
