  • A short composite review. The Strip District is an ecletic array of small shops, stores, music venues, cafe's, markets, wholesalers and retailers. As noted by Julie D., it is located along the Allegheny River, and is now under transition (parts of it) as it becomes more gentrified. Really -- one just needs to go to the District on different days and times to better understand this regional treasure. f8 and be there.
