  • they told me I needed my prescription to order contacts to the store. I showed them the one on the box I get, but they said I needed like an official doctor's prescription, but that I could order from the website. When I ordered online they screwed up my address and charged me for shipping despite advertising free shipping for orders over 100, apparently I needed to enter some coupon code ughh. Plus in my order they said 1-2 business days but then I didn't find out until I followed up that because of my specifications they needed to order from the manufacturer, which takes 10 business days. Corporations this size can't seem to communicate well or do anything properly.
