  • I set up a rental online and everything was perfectly smooth - I was pretty excited because I was renting to go get a new puppy! The next day the manager called me to let me know that they don't do single day rentals, and that I could either be charged for 2 days, or they wouldn't rent to me. This is either false advertising, or some form of customer manipulation. He was exceptionally rude on the phone, and I will never rent from this company. I highly recommend renting from anywhere else. What a jerk.
