  • Don't bother coming here! Bad customer service. I made an appointment online. An hour after I made the appointment I received a message on my phone that the stylist I chose was not available for the 1pm appt and that she was available at 4pm, which was not going to work for me. I called the salon and told them what happened. They had no idea that I even had an appt. They didn't show any appts in their system for me. So I set another appt for 330pm the following day. I make it to the 330 appt on time. I checked in and the lady who checked me in said the stylist, Bonnie, would be right with me. So I waited and waited, after 20 minutes I decided to walk around the store to kill time. At this point I'm getting so frustrated since my name still wasn't called for my appt. After waiting for 30 minutes I left. This was such a waste of time. At almost 5pm I received a voicemail from Bonnie apologizing for what happened and that I could call her back to set up another appt and that she hoped I had a good day......Yeah right! Like I wanna waste anymore time with this joke of a salon!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
