I'm pretty disappointed that this hospital only have 2.5 stars. It's Saturday night and my mom had to come in for an emergency. We were promptly helped upon coming by the receptionist, within a few minutes we were triaged in by an RN in the lobby and went back to the waiting room. Shortly after imagining came in and assisted. Once we were sent back to our room in the ER department my moms pain was immediately addressed. Even the house supervisor Sal kindly walked past and greeted us. Personally I've been here after a car accident as well and I was treated with the same compassion and dignity. The staff is always on there feet working as hard as they can. I have never once seen any of them on their cell phones or just sitting around having personal conversations. As a Vegas naive it's safe to say I've seen the good and bad of multiple hospitals in the Valley. Centennial has always been pleasant. Oh and my dear friend had a baby here last year and to this day she still raves about her experience.
I'm glad Centennial Hospital is around the corner of my home always providing care I can count on.
