rev:text	Wanted to speak briefly about an experience I had with Pamela at Cogburn. She is truly a professional and truly a good person. I have been in a nightmare with my lender and going through a modification for almost 2 years. Meeting with Pam finally made me feel comfortable with my situation and how I have been treated by my lender. She gave me solid advice and even is going to follow up with me as things progress. I went through another law firm that did me wrong and took me for 8k then walked before my contract was solid so I was nervous about seeing another lawyer. Cogburn and especially Pam took those feelings and threw them out the door. After all the time, emails, and meeting time she hasn't charged me a dime. Don't get me wrong I would of paid whatever for the piece of mind she gave me. Thank You Pam and Cogburn!! You guys are one if a kind!
