Really good sound system. Very decent lighting system. Overall good atmospherics (including temperature-control). They appear to frequently get decent or better acts.
That said... This place falls into the pattern of "just another Vegas cracker-box with intentionally shitty sight-lines and obstructed views designed to encourage people to buy VIP seating so they can actually see -- rather than just hear -- the stage performers". In many other cities -- East Coast and places I've been in Western Europe and UK -- this place wouldn't survive very long because of these kinds of practices. But, Vegas is a city that lives on transients, so, recurring business probably doesn't govern a given venue's long-term viability.
