  • Don't look any further for an agent in the Henderson or Las Vegas area because Shyla is as good as it gets. I found her on yelp and gave her a call. She was prompt in getting back to us. She came to our home and had done all her homework. She came with a great presentation and data that allowed us to list at the highest price. Her photographer took gorgeous photos that kept our home highly visible online. She held an open house the first weekend that got a lot of traffic. Within one week of listing we had a full price offer. Even when we hit a few snags on the buyers side she helped keep us calm and was in constant communication. In the end we closed on time and she went above and beyond to ensure that this happened. I felt like I made a friend through this process and only wish we weren't so far away. You would be lucky to have Shyla as your agent when buying or selling.
