  • Beautiful salon. Clean and spacious. I've been here a couple of times. 1st time it was fast and decent. 2nd time it was fast and mediocre. I really wanted a certain color and unfortunately I did not know the polish was so old until the 2nd coat when it wasn't adhering or settling right. The nail tech proceeded to put on a 3rd coat and try to fix it and even mixed the polish with a considerable amount of thinner to improve the composure. Don't get me wrong, my polish still looks much better than if I would have done it myself. I SUCK at that kind of stuff, hence why I seek out these professional services. That being said, I've had much better looking results around the area and will go elsewhere next time. They did take me in quite quickly as a walk-in and never gave up on trying to make the expired polish work, coat after coat after coat. After coat. *Edit: I posted that review while waiting for my coats to dry. The salon did reach out to me before I left as they had already read the review. They did try to make things right by pricing my pedi at half price and offering me a fix if I was able to come back. Unfortunately, my week is so hectic, I probably won't be able to take her up on it. However, I do commend them for trying to fix things. Everyone makes mistakes, it happens. It shows great customer service to try to fix a negative experience. Thank you, Enjoi.
