I was so excited to redeem my birthday drink though my birthday was almost a month ago. I showed them my email & told the two workers to log onto my account & see that I never redeemed it. The girl actually reached for my phone from my hand as if the email in front of her eyes was not proof enough, she called the male worker from the back & together they both went scrolling through my phone making a big fuss over my free "SMALL ONCE A YEAR" drink. After 2-3 minutes going through my personal phone they told me "how long ago was your birthday?". What does it matter? I never got my free drink & they were logged in on my account. They said it has been too long and that's very unfortunate. The male also made a remark that he couldn't do nothing or he could get in trouble. Really? I worked at Jamba Juice & my mom used to be a manager at one, seeing that I never used my birthday drink on my account & honoring that coupon for a customer is great customer service, it is a once a year drink after all. Geez how many birthday drinks do you get? I'm a part time mystery shopper, hence my very detailed review & I would love to get paid to explain how poor they're in the customer service area. Definitely need a brush up in that area. Also the girl try to talk me out of getting the cups I wanted it poured in because the Jamba Juice wouldn't come out even in one large cup and one small cup. Who cares? It's what the customer wants & making them happy! They were just rude, horrible experience!
