UPDATE: Received email from owner to contact shop. Manager Jimmy called Wednesday 1-31-18 to follow up so could bring truck back. There was no charge to re-diagnose the Vapor Leak and apparently the hoses on the purge valve were switched around and also Chrysler sent troubleshooting info to Greulich's which they were able to reset the codes on the Cherokee, and although there was no leak the engine just wasn't reading codes correctly. On a side note, not the end of the world but a little peeved/perturbed that was recommended I buy a $48 Leak detection sensor Jan 2nd ($130 total install) visit for the Vapor Canister and wasn't needed, put didn't hurt either to put on so whatever, just glad we can put this behind us. Greulich's stood behind the previous work they did and found the problem so that is a win for both parties. Sometimes automotive repairs aren't always going to go as smoothly as we want and it sucks to deal with, but in the end problem solved so I am happy and will give them another shot on my next repair.
