  • Update: In desperation, I signed up for a house phone. Yes. in 2015. I wanted a phone always available when my cell ringer is off. I know. They professionally and politely installed the new combo modem for phone and Internet, took care of it, took a bit to make sure it worked, Internet is better now. Then I got the bill with a $40 dollar installation past due! I called and told them they did not INFORM me of such a charge. So super duper extremely politely on phone, like surpassing Southern charm politeness, they removed the charge. Huh. Okay. So I hereby proclaim and BESTOW one more star upon thy rating, oh Great Exalted COX communications. Meh. But a tad better.
