  • I am a Shell Owner. I have been to the hotel in the past and things were great. I checked into the dirty hotel 7/31/14 and spent 4 days in hell. Avoid this place at all cost! I went to a timeshare owner meeting and they tried to sell me another package for $12,000. I was told that the place is run down because the place is used by 30% owners and 70% renters. Do the math. No excuse. Place a Motel 6 sign on the door and call it a night. Second thought, Motel 6 is cleaner and they have better customer service. If you see Wyndham/Shell on a building. RUN!!!!
