Very solid little cafe off the strip to get a waffle and coffee fix that won't leave you broke. The creations are also pretty darn creative so you don't really lose with any choice, sweet or savory.
I went with the Viva las Elvis cause peanut butter, bacon, and honey are a match made in heaven. My only complaint (and I feel like I'm disappointing so many people saying this) was that there was too much peanut butter. It completely overwhelmed the bacon. I also had visions about adding some chocolate to this dish so I stole a chocolate chip off my brother's waffle and yes, it was 100% worth it. Also, paired it with a honey cream latte - yum!
Brother went with the red velvet waffle. He said it was pretty simple, but it was still very good. Mom and dad shared their choices a wafflezilla and west coast waffle with a fruit cup. Both enjoyed the savory/sandwich twist for their breakfast and they were also impressed with the fruit cup which featured fresh chopped fruits. Mom had the pistachio latte, which is definitely more on the sweet, not really coffee side. The only caveat was that food prep was a tad slow. Each person's meal came out one by one. Hard to have a holistic breakfast this way....but it's a small operation.
All in all, it was a delicious experience.
