This is going to be short as it's a late review from my original visit. This place has amazing handmade pasta and this cheese bread for an appetizer. EVO falls under a 3 star rating based on a steak I ordered. Steak in my opinion should be the easiest thing to do on a menu for any restaurant of this caliber. Especially when they have perfected many other dishes on their menu. I ordered a rare steak with instruction to just sear each side and serve. The steak arrived and it was close to well done which may happened because the steak was thin. Which for the price you would expect a thicker size of maybe 1 inch at least which is more forgiving in over cooking. I sent my steak back as it was inedible for me. The second was more medium, but as everyone was almost done finishing their dinner, I kept it. This is what ruined the experience. My recommendation is stay away from the steak. The other items are great.
