Purchased 4 tires from Fletcher's a few months ago. Called last week to make an appointment for a tire repair and rotation. The Az Ave location gave me an appointment that afternoon to repair the tire but told my wife the rotation would need to be done the next morning (Saturday). When my wife took the car in for the tire repair, she was told they couldn't accommodate her the next morning although they had previously told her they could and then proceeded to tell her "they were pretty full" and she would just have to call back the following week to find time. He made it sound like it was her fault someone else had told her that and the location did nothing to accommodate the customer. In fact, he made her feel like it was her job to call back until they could make time for her. Later that day I called the company headquarters and left a detailed message. I never received a returned call. Sad there's no focus on customer service. I'm purchasing new tires for our other vehicle within the next couple of months and it won't be at Fletcher's.
