  • Update: I had been using this company for many years - two times a year. For the first five years I was pleased with the service. Then there were a few not so great experiences and the last time I was stood up. That was two years ago. I stopped using their service. Now they are under new mgmt who contacted me and gave me a free whole house carpet shampoo! They did an EXCELLENT JOB!! My 12 year old carpets are sparkling clean, sanitized, and smell amazing!! I am so happy they have changed management. I will DEFINITELY be using them again!!!
