  • I read the reviews & went over to open an account yesterday. Ami was very helpful & set up an account including savings & checking, as well as signed me up for a credit card. I am SO angry with Bank of America that I have been with for the past five years. I took them up on one of their "interest free" offers because I needed some fast money, and there ended up being almost $200 in hidden fees!!! Then they bounced a check I wrote off the funds they said they transferred & charged me another $35! That is NOT the way to treat someone who has an 850 credit score. I will soon be closing out the California credit union I have been with as well & move everything to One Nevada because I am here to stay. The only reason I didn't give the fifth star is because of some computer problem for which I have not yet been able to sign on to my online banking either at the credit union or at home. But in fairness, that is probably because Mercury is in retrograde & EVERYONE is having problems! Lol
