  • This place has some serious management issues not only with the staff but with the service. I brought my little kids here to bowl they got them the shoes then I paid everything. After the fact they told us sorry there are no more assists for children available we only have three and they're all being used. Really? 84 lanes in the middle of Summerlin promoting yourself as a family place and only three things to help with children. Not to mention there were three parties going on and of course they have had one each.
