I love living at Trillium. Since the new management, it seems as if things have calmed down a bit. The last management team was almost unapproachable.
The amenities are awesome, the hours are a little funky with people partying on the weekends, but overall it's a blast living here.
I will note that many of the cons have since improved, but please note when you move into this complex, the walls are thin. There's no need to submit formal complaints when we all can hear what's going on next door on either side above and sometimes below. That being said, people will try to stick within the "quiet hours."
Many young professionals. I'm surrounded by families whom are very nice. Additionally, they are pretty friendly with dogs. Recently, they have decided to bring back events which were a huge perk when we originally moved in almost a year and a half ago. This is definitely a place to live, just be considerate of others and understand that you will be living in a complex, not alone!
