  • Been going here ever since I got my medical card. I am looking into another clinic tho. The appointment is set for a specific day and time but do you think this time is even close to when you actually get seen? Hell no. This clinic waay overbooks, not enough staff or doctors...today my appointment was at 11:30...at 12:39 (1 hr and 10 min and still not ready to be seen) I asked if I was forgotten, just to be told that should be soon, well that was what I was told an hour prior...this isn't the first time either..it was my 4th or 5th visit to the clinic and these major time delays happen every time...I could see if it was a walk-in clinic..but no, these are set times..like come on..very disappointed and do not recommend this clinic at all :( Might go back to buying my medicine the old school way and avoid all this hassel..and 4 follow ups are done within a year so to deal with these crazy wait times every visit? No Thank you!!!
