  • This is a very well setup store with a good system for queuing customers. All of the employees have been very friendly. The location has plenty of parking in the garage behind the building. The only complaint would be the volume of customers this location gets. They don't have very many Spectrum store options in the Charlotte area so the wait times can be quite long during busy times.
