  • I recently rented a truck and was charged $14 for gasoline despite the truck not requiring it. When it was returned an at length discussion was had about how it was good to go. Then I was charged. We called back, talked to them, they said they'd refund the money. It's six days later and no refund. Make sure to carefully document the condition of the vehicle, including the gas gauge and the required return condition, as well as any conversation you have with employees to try and give yourself a fair fight. Otherwise be prepared for extra charges.
