  • Hit and miss service. I guess it depends on what I look like when I walk in and who is working. First time I was in, a lovely SA helped me and sold me some nice boots. 2nd time I wandered in to check out the watch display, there was a crowd of 3 SA's standing around with a binder on top of the watch display. Nobody bothered to move or acknowledge me when it was obvious I wanted to look at the display. So I left! Recently went back to try my luck at the watch display again, a wonderful young SA went out of her way to help me track down a watch I found online. Shoutout to the doorman! Young guy that always smiles politely. I hope the rest of the staff is nice to him!
