  • I've been to many dealerships in town Honda West, Hyundai, Carmax and Lexus is my favorite so far! The experience couldn't have been better from sales to finance to the actual building to the coffee machine to the donuts and the kids playroom all top notch from Thomas in sales. The deal we struck was so good they had to lower the price on my vehicle and give me more on my trade for my credit union - 2k in all....instead of making me pick lower priced vehicle. They said they do t take people out if cars. I have great credit BUT was quite upside down. They made it all work and stress less!!!!!! Differences from other dealers: 1) the carry you on insurance for two weeks so NO need to make those last minute calls to insurance before you leave lot. 2) Car registration is included as service to customer. You just sign the cc form. I drove down there today and they screwed on my new plates and applied my tags and handed me my registration. Awesome! 3) the kids play room is clean and has basic wooden car toys, table and chairs, and tv (donuts close by) - brilliant! 4). The auto coffee mocha Java anything you want machine - enough said! 5) the service people helped me start my car and put stuff in trunk and waited and chatted cheerfully while I loaded my children. Again helps with stress of car buying and having kids with. 6). Financing quick straightforward and answered ALL questions thoroughly. Consistently went above and beyond expectations. Amazing! Thank you guys I'm saving on my monthly payment and have a car I really enjoy driving and am getting out of my upside down situation. Feels like family there - Im a Customer for life!
