  • I guess I'm not the first one here to say so, but just had to chip in today and express how disappointing their service dept is, I'm pissed. They're not the only one though, I've had to deal with LR dealers in several other states and they're all the same - incompetent, unprofessional and just rodeo cowboys like. For the $$ we pay to buy and service our LRs, you would think the experience would be A+, but hey, you'd be lucky to hit a shoddy D. LR global needs to send their dealers for training to a Benz facility to learn and see how they handle their customers with astounding professionalism and competence! I despise the LR dealers so much that I will NEVER buy a LR of any sort again and what a shame that is!! IMO, LV LR is just another sub par LR dealer, and worst thing is that they have a monopoly. Been servicing my car there, don't know how many times I've taken my car back in to get it redone because something wasn't done right or forgotten, YAY! The car is usually filthy after it comes out, and sometimes you get a coupon for a free car wash and other times not. But let me tell ya, after spending a solid $1500, ya don;t want to drive back in a dirty RR, ya just don't! Why am I ranting here today after 2 long years of disappointing service and agony - 'my svc coordinator (mostly a decent guy, I think the problem is systemic with the LR brand in general) leaves me a cheery msg first thing this morning saying I don't deserve a loaner vehicle and will not get one in the future since I put 900 miles on the car in a week, and forgot to fill up gas for a whole $10 worth.' WOW!!! Firstly, I barely put 9 miles on that damn loaner, just used it for a few short trips around town until my RR got fixed. But most importantly, who even makes a call like that (over a stupid loaner car) to a regular customer who has spent 7-8K over the past 2 years with them. Can you pls calculate the ROI on me before accusing me and pointing fingers? Instead of thanking me for bringing my car in for a 4K fix-it bill (I paid $500, my warranty covered the rest but they still make all that cash), just another stellar example of their exceptional 'CUSTOMERS ALWAYS SUCK' service. PLEASE go and experience a BENZ dealership, it's a different world out there, PLEASE!!!
